Peoria’s Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church exemplifies commitment to the congregation as well as the community with the Holy Cross Lutheran Preschool & Child Care, in operation since 1990. Open to both church members and non-members, the child care center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and offers a wide range of educational, spiritual, and social activities for children and their families. More than just a typical day care facility, Holy Cross provides warm meals, exciting field trips, and family activities for residents of the Peoria area. Enrollment at the center has increased over fivefold in the past 20 years and new children are always welcome at Holy Cross.
